A HEART THAT PLEASES GOD

While you celebrate and rejoice for all the success stories, blessings, fulfillments and accomplishments, the Lord is busy looking at the state of your heart. He is not merely interested in our outward accomplishments but in the condition of our hearts to see if there’s genuine love for Him and care for people around you. While people may celebrate appearances, positions, and achievements, the Almighty examines our motives and sincerity.
The Bible says:
“For the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7 KJV
Beloved, don’t become so concerned about gaining human approval that you neglect your relationship with God. Your service, worship, and sacrifices must flow from a heart genuinely surrendered to Him.
A heart that pleases God is more valuable than a reputation that impresses people. Pursue holiness, sincerity, and genuine love for Christ in everything you do.
Prayer: Father, purify my heart and deliver me from hypocrisy and selfish ambitions. Help me serve You with sincerity and live continually for Your glory, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
