CHOOSE LIFE

Divine invitation opens the door to divine intervention. When God calls, He invites you to consider His plans and purpose for your life. His call is an invitation to turn from fruitless struggles and walk in His wisdom, peace, and rest. Choosing His way positions you to experience His guidance and sustaining grace through every season.
The Bible declares:
“This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.”
— Deuteronomy 30:19 (NIV)
Some read this passage merely as permission to choose whatever pleases them. Yet God does more than present the alternatives; He lovingly directs us: “Choose life.” This is a call to reject sin and its destructive consequences and embrace the life found in Him.
Beloved, you cannot keep walking in the wrong direction and expect to arrive at the right destination. Turn to God. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). In Him, you receive eternal life and the grace to walk in freedom, peace, and joy.
Choosing life is also a daily commitment to love the Lord, obey His voice, and hold firmly to Him (Deuteronomy 30:20). Challenges may arise, but you will never face them alone. The enemy may oppose you, but as you remain in Christ, his schemes will not have the final word over your life, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer: Father, I choose Your way and reject the dictates of my flesh. Help me to love You, obey Your voice, and hold firmly to You. Lead me in Your truth and grant me rest in Your presence. I choose life, and I shall live to declare Your glory, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
