THE SURRENDERED LIFE
By Pastor Ayo-Simeon Agbelusi
The walk with Christ is a journey of purpose, not convenience. Apostle Paul described himself as “the prisoner of Jesus Christ,”not because he was defeated, but because his life was fully surrendered to the will of God. His chains did not limit God’s plan; they amplified it. What looked like restriction became a platform for revelation and impact.
“For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles.” — Ephesians 3:1 KJV
There are seasons when obedience to God may appear costly and misunderstood, yet those seasons are often gateways to higher glory. When your life is bound to Christ, you are never a victim of circumstances—you are a carrier of divine purpose. God uses surrendered lives to reach others, and every sacrifice made in obedience is never wasted. Stay faithful in your assignment; the path may be narrow, but it is leading you into glory.
Prayer: Father, strengthen my heart to remain fully surrendered to You. Let every season of obedience usher me into the glory You have prepared for my life. Amen.
