THE EVERLASTING LIGHT

The whole world lives and groans in darkness because the prince of this world rules the hearts of men with a rod of iron, and without God there is no deliverer. But those who know the Lord have their paths brightened by the glory of the Holy One of Israel. Even in days of famine, the Scripture assures us that we shall laugh and be satisfied, because the presence of God is our unfailing advantage.
Hear the word of the Lord:
“Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.”
Isaiah 60:20 KJV
Dwelling in the Light and in the glory of the Lord empowers the believer to manifest greatness and remain unstoppable in a cruel and dark generation. God’s counsel is to keep you shining, advancing, and winning every day. He is your everlasting Light; therefore, darkness can never prevail over you.
Stay rooted in His grace. Walk by faith and maintain your place in His presence. It is dark out there—do not fellowship with the works of wickedness. If your desire is to follow the Lord sincerely, He will ensure that reproach is far from you all the days of your life and you will never go down.
Confession: I live in the Light of God’s word and His grace is more than sufficient for me. I will seek your face O Lord and be preserved in the shadow of your wings.
