WITH ETERNITY IN VIEW

Life on earth is temporary. We are not created to remain here forever. We are pilgrims on a journey, passing through a world that is fading away. This understanding should guide your heart toward truth and help you live a life worthy of eternity.
“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?” Matthew 16:26 (ESV)
Everything in this world is passing away, but the Word of the Lord endures forever. Do not let the pursuits and pleasures of this present life rob you of your eternal destiny. Live daily with heaven in view, knowing that there is a glorious life beyond this world—just as Jesus promised in John 14.
Let truth govern your thoughts and actions. Uphold righteousness, reject deception, and flee from the pleasures of sin. If you have strayed into darkness, turn back to the Lord with repentance. Eternity is real, and your choices today determine where you will spend it.
Prayer: Father, help me to live for You daily. Deliver me from every hold of sin and darkness. Let my life shine for Your glory on earth, and grant me the grace to inherit eternal life with You. Amen.

We should focus on eternal truths over temporary worldly concerns and to prioritize what is truly significant in life. The idea is that earthly life is short and transient, but the spiritual life is eternal, so one should live with a focus on the unseen and eternal things.
