LET NOTHING MOVE YOU
By Pastor Ayo-Simeon Agbelusi
King David’s walk with God remains a priceless example for every believer. He was a man truly helped by the Lord. At a point he testified that God lifted him out of the miry clay and set his feet upon the rock to stay. He boldly declared that the Lord was his Shepherd, his Keeper and his Strength. And in another place he proclaimed, “I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.”
David understood stability in God.
Apostle Paul reinforces this mindset when he says,
“Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” — 1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV
Beloved, it’s time to take a stand. Make up your mind concerning your walk and work with God. You are not serving Him in vain. Heaven records every sacrifice, every seed, every prayer, every moment of faith. God is working with you and He will reward your labor of love.
So let nothing move you out of grace. Stand firm in faith and serve God acceptably. Yes, challenges will arise. The winds may blow and the waves may roar, but don’t shift your gaze. Instead of focusing on the storms, fix your eyes on Jesus — the One who calms every storm and fills your soul with peace.
I decree that this shall be a season of abundant blessings for you. God will beautify your journey and crown you with grace, favor and testimonies beyond number, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
