DON’T COMPROMISE YOUR FAITH IN GOD

The knowledge of God and the principles of His kingdom will safeguard you against corruption and worldly entanglements of this generation. Until we all understand our true place and where we belong, we will persist in interfering with unrighteousness. God is looking for those who will stand for the truth and declare his counsel without fear.

Daniel 1:8 KJV

But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.

Daniel was deeply conscious of the divine power and grace, and thus refrained from indulging in delicacies tainted by ungodliness. His genuine devotion to God paved the way for him in that foreign land. He didn’t need to bend the rules or compromise his faith. He was resolute and openly proclaimed that the Almighty is God. Alongside the other three Hebrew brothers, they rejected the king’s unholy offers, refused to worship the land’s idols, and stood firm in their faith in God. To uphold a steadfast commitment to righteousness, we must identify with holiness, deliberately shunning the popular manifestations of unrighteousness in our world. By unwaveringly standing for Jesus in this age, the Lord, as seen in the experiences of Daniel and his friends, will bring about your glorious emergence, promotions, and multifaceted blessings. Conformity to worldly standards is not a prerequisite for experiencing the blessings that God has destined to bestow upon your life through faith. Please note, the benevolence of our Lord Jesus Christ is more than sufficient for you.

Let’s Pray: Father, strengthen us to stand and stay holy in this generation. Deliver us from the every entanglement to sin and unrighteousness. We shall not defile ourselves with the portions of the king’s meat in Jesus name.
