SERVING UNTO GREATNESS

Leadership is valuable, but in God’s kingdom, serving others is far more rewarding. Service to God and humanity possesses eternal value that cannot be measured on earth. God seeks individuals who will make themselves available to provide solutions to the problems of others. As a creation of God, you are inherently designed to embody solutions to the challenges surrounding the lives of your fellow human beings. Jesus Christ exemplified this purpose during his time on earth, offering his life to redeem and reconcile humanity back to God. Service should be your guiding principle, especially as you strive for greatness and dream big.

And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all. Mark 9:35 KJV

Are you really committed to being the first? Start with the scripture above. Equip yourself to be effective. Make a conscious decision to serve God acceptably and create opportunities to be a blessing to others. Take a moment to prayerfully gather your writing materials and strategize how you intend to positively impact your world this year. Document your plans for relevance in the hands of God. You are empowered by God to emerge as a vessel unto honor. May you not become a vessel unto dishonor in the hand of the Lord and before your generation in Jesus’ mighty name.

Prayer: You will surely attain greatness this year in Jesus mighty name and you will never serve the Lord in vain.
