PLAY YOUR ROLES ACTIVELY

Having been created in God’s image, you were dispatched to planet earth to function through the Spirit of God, resulting in all manner of fruitfulness. It is remarkable that numerous people still rely on God for things they were authorized to execute from the beginning. Prayer is fundamental, but it cannot replace individual accountability and hard work. Any prayer that attributes 100% of the responsibilities to God is ultimately irresponsible. It is essential to assume an active role and fulfill your obligations responsibly.

Deuteronomy 2:24 KJV

Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.

Our primary focus today is ‘Rise Up’. Although God has granted the Israelites the land, they must still engage in battle to claim possession. Awaken to claim your destined place. Awaken to assume responsibilities that will yield desired outcomes in this life. You cannot continue to attribute your shortcomings to others. Instead, your responsibility is to operate under the umbrella of divine favor and maintain a genuine connection with God, thereby bringing His plan for your life to fruition. Continue to pray and trust, but also reject indolence and procrastination in your pursuit of earthly success and excellence. The vision is time-sensitive and will necessitate your diligent effort before it yields tangible results.

Pray with me: Father, instruct my heart unto excellence and keep me engaged in the pursuits that shape my destiny. Rescue me from every instance of irresponsibility in Jesus’ name.
