NO WALLOWING IN THE PAST

The brightness of God’s glory sends darkness packing and introduces us to His everlasting light. The more you stay in His presence, the better you shine gloriously on the earth. Evidently, at salvation, the Lord brushes your sins off you and introduces you to a new life full of grace and glory. He makes provision through the Lord Jesus Christ to bring you back into a glorious relationship with Him.
In Psalm 103:12, the Bible declares: As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
The coming of our Lord Jesus Christ brought an end to the destructive power and reign of sin. Sin literally brought us into direct conformity with the devil but that’s no more. If you’ll confess your sins and repent genuinely by confessing Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, you will be separated from your past errors by grace and all those experiences of negativity and destructive habits are now in your yesterday. You won’t need to dredge up your past anymore because God forgives and also forgets. It’s a new era and you are expected to operate in total liberty as you continue to honor and serve the Almighty God with joy unspeakable full of glory.
Reflections: Your yesterday is gone, it’s a brand new day and you are truly blessed and will continue to shine brightly for the Lord in Jesus’ mighty name.
