FRUITFULNESS—NOT YOUR BUSINESS

There is wisdom in understanding your limitations when it comes to success and fruitfulness. Your responsibility is to obey God faithfully and trust Him with the results. You cannot force fruitfulness; it is God who gives the increase. He is the source of every good and perfect gift.
“For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.” — Mark 4:28 KJV
Sowing is your responsibility, but bringing the seed to fruitfulness is God’s work. Plant diligently, nurture faithfully, and depend on Him for the increase. Just as the blade comes before the ear and the full grain, growth unfolds in stages. Do not allow impatience to make you abandon what God is growing.
Many exhaust themselves trying to control what belongs in God’s hands. Rather than struggle with your Maker, surrender to His wisdom and timing. Let Him guide your efforts and accomplish what lies beyond your power. The God who empowers you to sow is faithful to bring forth fruit in His appointed season. Stay faithful in obedience and leave the increase to Him.
Prayer: Father, deliver me from fruitless labour. Guide me in my planting seasons and bless the seeds I sow. Teach me to trust Your timing, and bring my efforts to a bountiful harvest, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
