CHANGE YOUR THINKING, CHANGE YOUR DIRECTION
By Pastor Ayo-Simeon Agbelusi
It’s good you have this simple understanding: your life often follows the direction of your thoughts. You are not better than the way you think and all you imagine. That’s why your thought process must not be anchored on the mundane things and impossibilities of this world but on the counsel of God and his plans for your life.
If you continually dwell on defeat, you will struggle to see God’s possibilities. But when your mind is filled with God’s word and His promises, you will hope rising, your faith grows, and courage replaces fear.
Philippians 4:8 reminds us:
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Think God’s thoughts. Think faith and all possibilities. It’s time you change your view about everything and start thinking about your God’s ability to perform exceeding abundantly above all you can ever ask or think.
Learn to speak God’s promises and expect His best in all situations. Your renewed mind is a powerful instrument in the hands of God and may it begin to work in your favor as from today in Jesus name.
Make this declaration loud and clear:
I declare today that my mind is renewed by the Word of God. I reject every thought of fear, doubt, confusion, and defeat. I receive the mind of Christ, and I walk in divine wisdom, discernment, and understanding. My thoughts are aligned with God’s purpose, my faith is increasing daily, and my life shall continually reflect His glory. I move from victory to victory and from glory to glory, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
