GROW IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST

Spiritual growth is not measured by how long you have been a believer but by how much you are becoming like Christ. God desires that His children continually grow in wisdom, character, faith, and understanding. The Christian life is a journey of transformation, and every day presents an opportunity to know the Lord more deeply.
The Bible says:
“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.” — 2 Peter 3:18 (KJV)
Growth requires nourishment. Just as a healthy body needs food, a healthy spirit needs the Word of God. The more time you spend studying Scripture, praying, and fellowshipping with God, the stronger your faith becomes. Spiritual maturity does not happen overnight, but every moment spent in God’s presence contributes to your development.
Many believers desire God’s blessings without pursuing spiritual growth. However, the Lord wants us to seek Him above all else. As you grow in your knowledge of Christ, you will gain greater discernment, stronger convictions, and deeper confidence in His promises. The challenges that once troubled you will become opportunities to demonstrate faith and trust in God.
Never stop learning from the Lord. Remain teachable, humble, and hungry for His presence. God has so much more to reveal to those who diligently seek Him.
Prayer: Father, help me to grow in Your grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Open my understanding to Your Word and make me more like Christ each day. Let my life continually reflect Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
