GRATEFUL FOR I’M FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE By Pastor Ayo-Simeon Agbelusi

Many people struggle with self-worth, comparison, and hidden battles of identity, but the Word of God settles it clearly—you are not an accident, a mistake, or an afterthought. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. This means God formed you with divine precision, intentional care, and eternal purpose. Every detail of your life was designed by the Master Creator whose works are marvellous beyond human comprehension.

“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”

— Psalm 139:14 KJV

David’s declaration was not based on emotions or circumstances but on revelation. He understood that God’s workmanship carries excellence and glory. When God made you, He invested heaven’s wisdom into your being. Your soul, when aligned with truth, knows this reality—even when the world tries to convince you otherwise.

The enemy thrives on distorting identity, but praise restores perspective. When you praise God for how He made you, you silence doubt, insecurity, and self-rejection. You begin to walk confidently in who God says you are, not in who situations try to label you as.

Today, let your soul acknowledge this truth. Celebrate God’s marvellous work in you. Refuse to live beneath your divine design. You carry God’s signature, and His hand is evident upon your life.

Prayer:

Father, I praise You today because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I receive grace to see myself through Your eyes and to walk boldly in my God-given identity. Let my life continually reflect Your marvellous works, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

One Response

  1. To be fearfully and wonderfully made, emphasizing that we are marvelous, set apart, and made with deep reverence, not fear in the sense of dread, but as an expression of deep respect for God’s complex and purposeful work in us. It highlights the intricate beauty and intelligence of our physical bodies, our spiritual nature as beings in God’s image, and that we are not mistakes but intentional, valuable creations.
Thanks so much pastor Ayo for this opportunity of my leaning from you. God blessed your ministry and more enlarge In Jesus name.
