BROKENNESS THAT BRINGS BREAKTHROUGHS

The counsel of the Lord on humility can never be overemphasized. There is no gain in pride—only destruction follows arrogance. Forsaking God, rejecting His warnings, and ignoring His instructions are clear signs of pride and self-sufficiency. When a nation departs from God, it soon becomes overwhelmed by darkness and wickedness; the same applies to individuals and families who walk away from His presence.
The Lord declared in 2 Chronicles 7:14:
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
There is healing and deliverance in the name of the Lord, but it is accessible only to those who fear Him and are ready to walk humbly before Him. If you are willing to embrace a kingdom lifestyle and stop boasting in who you think you are, you will find it easier to direct your affairs through the help of the Holy Spirit. When you pray earnestly, God is always ready to help you at every moment of need.
Pride will not allow you to confess your sins, and that is why many remain stuck in the same place year after year. But today marks a turning point. It is time for your life to receive the touch of the Almighty. Go before the Lord, confess your excesses and inabilities, and surrender totally to Him. He will remember His promises and give new meaning to your journey in Jesus’ name.
Prayer:
Father, please deliver me from every activity of pride and self-sufficiency. Help me to walk humbly before You and hear my prayers, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
