THE PATIENCE OF FAITH

By Pastor Ayo-Simeon Agbelusi

Your time is in the hands of God, and He will surely make all things concerning you beautiful in His own time. Therefore, you don’t need to run from pillar to post in pursuit of success or victory. With faith and patience, you will obtain the promises of God. His words for your life are “Yea” and “Amen.” No devil can scatter what God has arranged for you, because His promises are forever settled in heaven.

In due season, you will reap the fruits of your labor of love — if you do not give up.

“That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. Hebrews 6:12 KJV

Abraham stands as a perfect example of faith joined with patience. He waited, and the Lord rewarded him with a glorious and generational testimony. It is dangerous to be hasty about destiny — haste leads to temptation and snares. True faith is built by focusing steadfastly on God’s Word and His timing. When your focus is on God, you cannot be easily distracted by the glitter of fleeting opportunities.

All other grounds are sinking sand. Fix your hope on the Lord concerning your expectations, and your hope will turn into a testimony of glory in Jesus’ mighty name.

Prayer: Father, my faith looks up to You. Let me not be ashamed. Deliver me from impatience and help me to remain steadfast until Your promises are fulfilled in my life.

  1. Key aspects of the patience of faith is to,
Active endurance: It is not the absence of activity, but rather the resolve to stay strong and not give in during difficult circumstances. It’s finishing the race rather than just starting it. It means believing that God has a plan and will fulfill His promises in His own perfect time, not one’s own.
I pray that God will give us the grace to wait until he arrives into our situation in Jesus name Amen 🙏
Thanks so much pastor Ayo more grace more anointing in Jesus name Amen 🙏
