YOUR FAMILY IDENTITY

Genuine love for God and his people brings us into a special sphere of life where life is redefined and love is specially demonstrated. The disciples of Christ were altogether as one and sharing all things in common because they found a common ground in the love of God. We have no better place than amongst those whom God has called to join forces with us in fulfilling God’s mandate on earth.
Jesus himself said in Mark 3:35, “For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.”
Doing the will of God is what brings about friendship and genuine love for one another in this kingdom. Anyone working contrary to divine ordinances is yet to identify with God and cannot be admitted into this beautiful family except they repent and are truly converted.
You must be careful not to separate yourself from the family of God but consciously and prayerfully find a church family where you will be loved, comforted, prayed for, and genuinely cared for. Love covers it all and it’s the identity of our faith in God through Jesus Christ.
Prayer: Father, bind our hearts together in genuine love. Make us one in all areas of kingdom engagement and separate us from every strange spirit that is encroaching your temples in Jesus name.
