DELIVERED FROM THE MOUTH OF LIONS

Everyone who is called to good works in the Kingdom of God will surely face opposition and resistance from the adversary. Apostle Paul often wrote about how enemies arose against him whenever divine doors of opportunity opened in his ministry. Yet, thanks be to God—no evil agenda can prevail against the cause of Christ.
Paul testified in 2 Timothy 4:17 (KJV):
“Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.”
The “mouth of lions” represents fierce opposition—voices filled with venomous hatred, evil decrees, and demonic pronouncements meant to hinder the good works of God. Just as Daniel was preserved in the lions’ den, so also Paul was rescued from destructive forces. And this same God who stood with them will stand with you.
Beloved, no matter the plots, tongues, or spiritual attacks raised against you, they will not prevail. The Lord will deliver you from the mouth of lions, silence every adversary, and protect you from harm. Stay steadfast in your calling—be rooted in prayer, grounded in His Word, and focused on the assignment God has placed in your hands. No devil will hinder your great works in Jesus’ name.
Prayer: Father, deliver me from the mouth of lions. Silence every opposition against my progress, and let Your hand establish my plans in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
