PRAYING WITHOUT LIMITS
By Pastor Ayo-Simeon Agbelusi
The most significant activity in your life is prayer, as it serves as the primary means of cultivating a relationship with your heavenly Father and demonstrating your profound love for Him. If you genuinely love someone, it is only natural to desire spending time in their presence, engaging in communication.
Our Lord Jesus in Luke 18 counseled us through a parable and he started with verse one saying: “men ought always to pray, and not to faint”.
The central theme of this parable is the word “always” and, unless you are growing weary of your devotion to God, you should not cease to communicate with Him continuously. We have yet to witness more manifestations of the power and Spirit of the Almighty because we have limited our prayer lives to times of dire need only. If you are determined to maintain an unbroken prayer connection, you will realize that God is always planning to bless and empower you for remarkable testimonies on earth. If you are committed to your prayer life, you will obligate God to fulfill His plans and promises.
Reflections: How fervent is your prayer practice? Are you succumbing to spiritual fatigue and abandoning your prayer life? Revitalize your commitment and reopen yourself to receive guidance and love from Jesus.
